The combination of three special, naturally gluten-free cereals is a fabulous source of vegetable protein. Great for adding to gluten-free salads, soups or side dishes and very easy to prepare: simply cook in salted water or broth before drizzling over some extra virgin olive oil. Can also be added to vegetables, beans or pulses.
